• Student information: First and last name, PIN, and learning data (assignments, habits, goals) entered by the parent or student.
• Usage data: App interactions used to improve the service. We do not sell this data.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service.
• To send notifications you have opted into (habit reminders, assignment due dates).
• To respond to support requests.

Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage.

Children's Privacy

Agile Learner is designed for use by parents managing their children's education. Student accounts are created and controlled by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Third-Party Services

We use no third-party analytics or advertising services. Push notifications are delivered via Expo's notification infrastructure.
